Day 1: Arrival at Paro
After landing in Paro you will be received by your guide and driver.
Drive from Paro to Thimphu. Distance: 54 Km|Driving Time: 1 hour
At Thimphu you will taken to your hotel to get refreshed and after lunch your guide will take you around for sightseeing.

Day 2: Drive to Punakha
Drive from Thimphu to Dochula. Distance: 31Km|Driving Time: 1 hour
Located at an elevation of 3100 meters Dochula is one of the many mountain passes in Bhutan accessible by motor road. The pass is adorned with 108 Druk Wangyal stupas. The pass also boasts of the most amazing view of the Himalayan range. From this site you will also be able to see a dot of Gasa Dzong in the far off mountain in the middle of the sea of dark green forest.
Lunch at Dochula Cafeteria. You will be served lunch at Dochula Cafeteria. Drive to Punakha. Distance: 63Km Driving |Time: 1 and half hour
Chimi Lhakang is located at a beautiful location overlooking the striking village of Sopsokha village. The village is located before reaching Punakha which makes it convenient for the visitors to make it to the temple before heading towards Punakha.

Day 3: Drive back to Paro
Drive from Punakha to Paro.Distance: 126.9 km Driving Time: 3 h. 25 min.
After reaching Paro you will be led to your hotel and after lunch, you will be taken around the Paro town. Paro town is made of traditional Bhutanese houses aligned neatly together and the Paro River calmly flows just beside the town.

Day 4: Hike to Taktsang Monastery
Taktshang or the tiger’s nest monastery is located over 900 m above Paro valley. A hike of about 4 hours is the perfect way to end your trip. The hiking trail will take you through a diverse forest until you reach the monastery. After completing the demanding hike, you will be taken back to you hotel where you will take rest to wear off the fatigue from that strenuous hike.
